Home For Earth is dedicated to getting communities around the world to focus on planting trees within their cities and neighborhoods and to fight back against deforestation. Trees play a crucial role in preventing climate change through their ability to take carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere. So in addition to planting new trees, old trees need to be protected due to the carbon they have stored, and their benefits to humans and wildlife alike.
“Volunteering within my community has been a wonderful experience, it has been an amazing experience to connect with the people around me while caring for the environment. Protect our trees!”
